Skillet

Ever heard of them?
I'm not really sure what to say of Skillet's music, but all in all, I think you will call it pretty pure normal rock music! They have tried some different ways on their way, with 8 albums!
You can say they come around hard rock, metal, symphonic rock and some alternativ rock.
Skillet have been going on since 1996 and have now sold around 1.6 million albums worldwide.
Their music isn't as unique, and as told a pretty normal sense of rock (according to me). Though they have been experimented and in some songs can you say that the lead singer John Cooper kind of is rapping. And well, yes, that was one of those songs which made me fall in love with them. (I really like when you mix music genres).
Even though their music isn't something new and not seen before, they still have something special and kind of pulls in you.
Special about them is the members in the band, 'cause John Cooper (lead vocalist, bassist) and Korey Cooper (rhythm guitarist, keyboardist, vocalist) are actually a marrige couple.. I just say - thats not often you see something like that. And as a special touch, they have both tattooed wedding rings on their fingers.

Their music is called Christian Rock, as well, not that is my favourite thing, but it doesn't really effect the music much!
Well, this is music in a very good quality, and if you like bands like Linkin Park, Three days grace and Breaking Benjamin you will probably like Skillet.
